This garden was quaint but desperately in need of an update. We created an old world inspired garden that made use of rich travertine marble for the main patio flooring. The natural variation and texture of this stone gives the garden a beautiful warmth and richness. We divided the patio into two large terraces and created two new seating walls, perfect for dining and entertaining. The new waterfall overflows into a sunken pool and is truly an integrated part of the space. The plant design draws on complementary warm colors to create a garden retreat that anyone would be glad to come home to!
